Writing and speaking on topics of wellbeing and the ways we may infringe upon the wellbeing of others…
Hi, I’m Shanna! I’m a writer, speaker and small business owner working in the space of wellbeing.
I have a track record of following my bliss, starting with joining the U.S. Peace Corps in Cameroon, Africa. I later worked in the field of international development and lived in: Chad, Uganda and Rwanda. My interests next took me to pursue a PhD in Social Psychology, focused on physical and mental health in racial and ethnic minority populations, at the University of Maryland. While there I was a National Science Foundation and Ford Foundation Fellow.
Bringing together my professional experience…
